Shipping policy

Order Processing

From the time you place your order until the time it is shipped out from the warehouse. This usually takes 1 or 2 business days under normal circumstances. That means there is very little time for us to catch your order if you need to make changes or cancellations. But, you can always try to mail us at care@motionsportscosmetics.com and we will do our best to see if anything can be done.

*During holidays, launches, promotional periods, and other super heavy activities, processing times could change. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Delivery

After your order is processed (see above!), your product heads out for the delivery. Depending on your location and the method shipping, this can take anywhere from 1 to 10 days. For your convenience, here are some guidelines to help you out a bit.

U.S. Next Day Shipping

1~2 business days with UPS


U.S. Expedited Shipping

2~3 business days with UPS


U.S. Standard Shipping

4~9 business days with USPS, OnTrac, or Lasership

 

For those of you outside the continental United States (ie. Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or APO/FPO), delivery times may take longer.

 

Shipping Costs

Because we love you, want you to exercise, and keep your skin healthy, we provide complimentary shipping on all orders above $40 delivered in the continental US.  For all others, shipping costs will vary depending on weight and shipping destination, and will be calculated upon checkout. 


Tracking

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and details. With this, you can easily go to the delivery carriers site and check on the status of your order, or reach out to them directly if there are any special needs or questions about your delivery.
